USABILITY TEST INTERVIEW

August 2021

A Lexis product hadn't been tested in over 6 years. I was asked to review the product to understand level of satisfaction of present-day customers, as well as what design updates users were interested in seeing.

PRESS RELEASE FOCUS GROUP

September 2021

LexisNexis product managers had developed a press release that they wanted to run by real users. I was one of two researchers asked to gather feedback from users via a focus group.

DESIGN REVIEW INTERVIEW

November 2021

A Lexis product still under development required the testing for a few new designs. I was tasked with interviewing users about their design preferences.

DESIGN REVIEW SURVEY

December 2021 - January 2022

User design preferences form a previous LexisNexis study had come back inconclusive. I was tasked with developing a survey to gather final consensus about the designs.
