GSG WEBSITE NAVIGATION TEST

October 2024

GSG marketing has been working on updating the company's official website. They requested my assistance in testing the navigation and pinpointing any potential issues in their site map.

PUBLIC SITE USABILITY TEST

April 2024

Product managers were evaluating two approaches for presenting "Unavailable Payments" to public users. I was tasked with identifying the most effective design.

AI SURVEY ANALYSIS

January 2024

GSG collected public feedback on TaxSys from users in California and requested my assistance in analyzing and synthesizing the data. With more 137,000 responses and a quick turnaround, I worked with the AI team to brainstorm a solution and reach my objectives.

CONFIGURATION MANAGER 
USABILITY TEST

September 2023

The PaymentExpress (PEx) team reached out to UX to test their configuration manager and provide recommendations for how to enhance usability. I carried out a series of user interviews to gain insights into users' needs and preferences.
